Purchasing Procedure

Steps to place your order.

1. New customer or Return customer : 

"As a Guest " - You can shop as guest and no registration is required. Simple click the button "add to cart" or "buy now" from the products and then check out. System will then requires you to provide the contact info and address for delivery. Once you confirm the order, you will receiver a email include the list your order items and contact info for your checking or arrange payment. 

"Register"  - Register to be a member. By clicking ‘Register’ at the top of the website, and you will be directed tothe ‘Register Account’ page. After you have entered the basic information, click ‘Continue’ and your account will be registered. You can add your ‘Shipping Address’ for your next purchase once you have logged in to your account.

 


    Existing Customer :  Select Sign in, you can then log in your account by enter correct id & password

 

2. Choose your favorite product, and click ‘Add to Cart’.

3. Click ‘Shopping Cart’ in the top right corner of the website  to view the products that have been added to the shopping cart.

4. Click ‘Proceed to Checkout’.

5. Please check the information of the product you have selected, the total price and the promotion code, etc. on the ‘Checkout’ page.

6. Enter your name, contact number, delivery address, delivery method and choose a payment method, then click "Confirm Order" to proceed to order. You will requested to pay immediately or later depend on the payment method you choosed.

7. You will receive a confirmation email after you have successfully placed the order. The mail will list down your order no. contact info, purchased items, payment and delivery method, etc for your checking and follow up payment arrangement if necessary.

 

8. Our staff will also whatsapp or call you for confirmation of the order.
